HOLLIE HAD BEEN FEELING EXTREMELY UNCOMFORTABLE ALL DAY SATURDAY, AND SHE WOKE UP FEELING THE SAME SUNDAY MORNING. SO JARED SAID HE WANTED TO TAKE HER TO THE HOSPITAL AND JUST HAVE THEM CHECK HER. GOOD THING THEY DID! THEY SAID THEY WERE GOING TO HAVE TO DO AN EMERGENCY C-SECTION, BECAUSE THE BABY WAS NOT GOING TO WAIT. HIS DUE DATE WAS NOT UNTIL OCTOBER 27, HOLLIE WAS SCHEDULED FOR A C-SECTION ON OCTOBER 17. SO WE WERE A BIT SHOCKED AND CAUGHT OFF GUARD, HOWEVER, TODAY WAS THE DAY! SO WE THREW A FEW CLOTHES IN THE TRUCK AND HEADED FOR THE HOSPITAL. (A FOUR HOUR DRIVE FROM US) MAN IT SEEMED LIKE FOREVER. JARED CALLED US ABOUT 12:00 O'CLOCK TO LET US KNOW EVERYTHING WENT GOOD, AND THEY WERE GOING TO BE TAKING THEM TO THEIR ROOM SOON. WHEN WE ARRIVED AT THE HOSPITAL, WE WERE GREETED BY AN EXCITED BIG SISTER ADDISON, WHO WAS SO HAPPY TO SEE US, WE HEARD A LOUD AND CLEAR "HI BAPA" FROM DOWN THE HALL, THEN WE GOT A BIG HUG AND KISS, SHE IS SUCH A SWEETHEART. WE THEN WENT STRAIGHT TO HOLLIE'S ROOM TO CHECK ON HER AND SEE OUR NEW GRANDSON!!!

Thanks for posting some pictures. He looks very good. I was so shocked to get a call from Jared this afternoon saying I had a new nephew!
What a pleasant surprise! I'm so glad everyone is doing fine. What a miracle indeed! Nothing like being a Grandma and Grandpa! Congrats to everyone....give baby Urban a kiss from Great Aunt Debbie and tell him I'll come see him soon!

We were so glad to have you and dad here for the week. You guys have perfect timing. You got to the hospital just after they brought Urban into my room with me, you wouldn't have been able to see him before that anyway. Thanks so much for dropping everything and coming to see us, it means so much. Addison really needed to have you guys around that week, that's so wonderful that you were able to stay. She is having MAJOR bapa and bama withdrawals!!!
